SHIPPING POLICY

It is our desire to fulfill all orders to your satisfaction.

After successfully placing the desired items in your "shopping cart", your order will immediately be forwarded to our shipping department via email. At that time, you will be contacted by a representative of our company in a timely manner for professional and personal one-on-one service to further discuss the price of shipping your order, the available delivery times/dates in your area, packaging requirements (dry ice, gel packs and ice chests) and the costs of same.

All orders received are reviewed and processed on a daily basis Monday thru Thursday.

Business addresses are slightly cheaper than residential deliveries. It is imperative that any building numbers, apartment numbers, and the like be included in order to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, please include a telephone number where prompted. Business orders are delivered at the close of business (5:00 p.m.). However, home delivery times are not guaranteed without incurring additional fees. Additionally, it is important to make arrangements to be home when your package is delivered to prevent delays.

Reusable styrofoam insulated coolers, corrugated boxes and dry ice are used to assure that your package arrives satisfactory. The costs of packaging our order and shipping same are determined by the size, weight and destination of your specific order and are done so in connection with current UPS rates.

It is our desire to provide you with personal and friendly, hands on service. We will take all steps necessary to ensure that your package arrives as ordered; however, we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

As such, all perishable food sales are final and are not subject to product or money back guarantees inclusive of any and all costs associated with packaging and/or shipping. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns.
